Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your items in their original Mejuri pouches and boxes, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
